Citrus Slices with Herbal Syrup

Apple mint or lemon balm simple syrup
5 oranges
2 grapefruit
3 kiwi
1/2 cup golden raisins
Pineapple Sage blossom garnish

Using a sharp vegetable peeler, peel citrus fruit removing both skin and white pith. Work over bowl to catch juices. Cut into round slices across sections. Peel and slice kiwi.

Assemble a nice colorful combination of fruits in decorative glass for each person. Pour 1 cup of herbal syrup into citrus bowl with collected juices and stir. Spoon 2 tablespoons over each serving of fruit. Serves 8-10.
