December 2015

Honey Thyme Vegetables

1 lb. assorted sliced, raw vegetables, such as cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, squash, parsnips, etc.
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. honey
1 tsp. crushed dried thyme

Cook or steam vegetables until tender. Drain thoroughly.

Mix together melted butter, honey, and thyme. Toss vegetables with butter mixture and serve immediately.
